JOB TITLE: HR Advisor
JOB SUMMARY: Support the HR Manager and wider Management Team in all aspects of HR including recruitment, disciplinary and grievance, training, absence reporting and advising all staff on employment law matters.

LOCATION: Northants (travel to multiple sites across Northants may be required)
SALARY: Circa £25,000 dependant on experience
MUST HAVES: Proven HR experience and knowledge, HR qualification and CIPD (desirable).

My client is a logistics company with sites across the UK.

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Support HR Manager and wider Management Team with matters relating to HR and Employment Law
*Support in the administration of HR documents and internal policies
*Support with recruitment matters
*Collating of sickness and absence figures and reporting
*Support staff appraisal process
*Note taking support during meetings

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*HR qualification (degree desirable)
*Experience in similar role within logistics/distribution environment
*CIPD (desirable)
*Competent knowledge of HR systems
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Driving Licence
