JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: £19,500 - £21,500
HOURS: 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri

The COMPANY
Our client is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of cleaning products, including cleaning cloths, impregnated wipes, flow packs and trigger spray chemicals.

The ROLE
We are looking for a well organised Sales Coordinator to provide sales support, process orders and keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities
The successful Sales Coordinator will be required to do the following:
*Book orders with existing clients who are mainly distributors.
*Accurately process orders.
*Keep customers informed as to the progress of their order especially in times of delay.
*Communicating with customers via phone, email and web.
*Keep the customers informed of the newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products by ascertaining customer's needs and requirements.
*Be able to relay to your manager feedback, to improve customer and staff experiences.
*Complete tender documents and similar forms.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Experience in sales co-ordination or customer service.
*Good verbal and written communication.
*A well organised sales coordinator.
*Excellent listening skills, able to work in a team in what can be a fast-paced environment with pressure on deadlines.
*A skilled administrator and good at multi-tasking.
*A people person, experience in customer service with good phone etiquette.
