SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission

Our client is a very well-established marketing organisation who specialise in helping Managed Service IT companies with lead generation. Our client is looking for an Sales Manager to lead a team to book appointments for their clients.
The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Manager will be required to do the following:
*Lead of team of 8 Internal Sales Executives.
*Pro-actively call potential clients to lead to way.
*Introduce products, services and book appointments.
*You and your team will be using the phone, video prospecting, and emails to engage potential clients.
*The team culture involves regular socials, monthly competitions and awards for notable achievements.
*Realistic commission scheme.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Internal Sales Manager candidates with the following experience and attributes:
*Managerial or team leader experience leading a sales team.
*The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
*Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
*The Sales Manager will have experience working with a CRM and producing reports.
*Excellent communication skills
