CNC Workshop Manager
The COMPANY
Our client is a growing precision engineering organisation with a strong order book. With approx. 60 machines (3&4 axis Haas milling machines, CNC turning machines, grinders, etc.) and a well skilled staff of c.30 people they are in a strong position to continue their profitable growth.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion our Client now require an exceptional Engineering Manager/Production Manager to implement the processes and effectively manage the staff to take their business forward to the next level. Working closely with the Managing Director you will be responsible for all aspects of the engineering process. The role will involve;
*The day to day running of the factory operation
*Continually evaluating the manufacturing process
*Motivating through good communication, training and development
*Drive Continuous Improvement throughout the business
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Engineering Manager possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding engineering company. You will possess the following skills;
*Experience within a manufacturing environment
*Good engineering knowledge and training
*Management experience
Above all you will have the drive and enthusiasm to make a difference and implement new procedures/processes.
SALARY: c. £37-42K Depending on Experience+ Pension
