Internal Sales - £40K Salary
LOCATION: Rugby
SALARY: £40,000
HOURS OF WORK: Monday - Friday, 8.45 - 5.00
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established provider of Health and Safety and HR outsourcing services to thousands of businesses all over the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales agents in the north of the country.
The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Executive will be required to do the following:
*Your salary is £22K - £24K a year, but you are guaranteed to be paid £40,000 in your first year. The top consultants here earn £60K - £70K a year.
*Book sales appointments for Field Sales Consultants.
*Be responsible for the creation and development of new business opportunities.
*You will also work from a "warm" database full of interested parties, web enquiries, and lapsed customers.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Internal Sales Consultants with the following experience and attributes:
*Experience in outbound lead generation/telesales using a consultative sales approach.
*The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
*Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
*Have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business.
*Show initiative, a motivated self-starter, and highly organized.
