School Maintenance/Caretaker - Twilight Shift
Hours- 1.30pm - 9.00pm Monday to Thursday, 12.30pm-7.30pm Friday. 37 Hour week
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is a well established Secondary School with c.1500 pupils with a great reputation and rated "outstanding" by OFSTED. They have achieved this by continually investing in infrastructure and technology within their site and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
The successful School Site Maintenance person will be part of their Property Services Team. Duties will include;
*Building maintenance
*Security of site
*Health & Safety
*Monitor contractors work

Our client is looking for School Site Maintenance person possessing the following skills and attributes;
