Internal Sales
LOCATION: Rugby
SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000 OTE £42,500 (uncapped)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
The COMPANY
Our client a leading provider of HR, Employment Law, Consultancy, Training and Health and Safety services to SME businesses. They service a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors. Our client is in the position now to look for a new Internal Sales Consultant.
The ROLE
The successful Internal Sales Consultant will be required to do the following:
*Book orders by agreed lead times, telephone calls.
*Generate and arrange qualified appointments for the sales team.
*Close some sales through telephone calls.
*Create and manage a 'warm prospect database'
*Hold virtual meetings with prospects.
*Gather CRM information.
*Collect and record information of prospects.
*Provide excellent customer service at all times.
*Realistic OTE.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong internal sales applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Previous sales experience.
*Ability to sell core services through virtual meetings and telephone calls.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Self-motivated and performance driven.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to close opportunities.
