SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on skills and experience.

Our client has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They provide a proactive and bespoke service, including a mixture of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support, designed to offer SME businesses the appropriate level of back-up that is required. Above all they appreciate the importance of a functioning IT system to a Client and their friendly "can-do" attitude has won them a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important element, staff.
This is a challenging role that will excite the successful candidate. You will be embedded on a Client's site, meaning that you will be our Client's face within one of their key customers who are undergoing a complete overhaul of their IT infrastructure;
Our client is looking for an exceptional applicant with the following experience:
*A proven track record in 2nd/3rd line IT support.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/server administration.
*Ability to provide effective technical support via telephone, remote access software and in person.
*Experience of providing technical training to users.
*Sound questioning and troubleshooting skills.
*Server Virtualisation knowledge.
*Excellent communication skills with real customer focus.
