Machine Operative
The COMPANY
Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. Their reputation and expertise is such that many of the most prestigious manufactures utilise their services. We are proud to be an integral part of our client's continuing success which has resulted in a bulging order book and a recent expansion to a new purpose designed production facility. The company received the Queens Award for Enterprise in 2016.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion and inward investment they now require an additional Production/Machine Operative to work in their metal workshop - once you have proved your worth you will be taken on permanently. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for setting and operating cutting equipment, deburring, tool changes, CNC machines, forming machines, measuring equipment etc.
The CANDIDATE
The right candidate will possess;
*Experience within a similar environment
*Mechanical/Engineering skills
*Take a pride in doing their work
*The desire and ability to contribute to the team
*Tube bending/manipulation experience would be beneficial but is not essential
*Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Location: Daventry
Rate: Depending on experience+ Overtime + Good package
Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm - 37 ½ hour week
