Welder MIG
Location: St. Neots
Salary: £14-16ph (equivalent of £29,120 - £33,280) + Overtime + Good package
Hours: 40 hours working 7.00-4.30 Monday - Thursday and 8.00-12.00 Friday

This role is permanent with the client from the start

The COMPANY
Our client has been established for nearly 40 years gaining a deserved reputation for manufacturing steel products such as grill, beams , gates, balustrades, etc. for building projects throughout the UK. Their long established commitment to product quality and rapid response, allied to their well trained and motivated staff, has resulted in a bulging orderbook.


The ROLE
Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled welder to become an integral part of our Client's team. Duties will include;

*Welding activities to a good standard using MIG on common welded joints
*Fabricate parts from drawings
*Prepare parts for welding (saw, pillar drill, grinding, pipe bending, pipe threading, weld preparation)
*Occasional site work

The CANDIDATE
The right candidate will possess;
*Experience within a similar environment
*Skilled at MIG welding
*Ability to read Manufacturing Drawings
*The desire and ability to contribute to the team
*Excellent verbal & written communication skills
*CSCS card advantageous but not essential
