IT Developer

The COMPANY
Our client is a very exciting, fast growing, funded startup in the US who looking to expand their UK operation. The product fully automates the accounting and tax filing process for the freelancer and self-employed market.
We are proud to be an integral part of our client's growth plans over the coming years.
The ROLE
The Developer will be required to:
*Design, development, and testing activities within the full project life cycle.
*Working with the Head of Tech, Lead Project Manager, and the product team to shape the functionality.
*Change and release responsibilities.
*Continuous improvement.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong IT Developer candidate with the following skills and experience:
*GitHub Enterprise, including GitHub action
*AWS Containers (Kubernetes skills a plus).
*Monitoring and Alerting technologies (DataDog etc).
*App Store management for Apple/Google potentially desirable, but not essential.
*Security scanning code/infrastructure tools.
*Managing development/staging/production pipelines for build and release.
*Change management process experience for build / release.
*Security/Testing process and best practice skills to enable secure by default. development practices. In prep for becoming ISO27001 compliant.
*Automation, Monitoring and Incident management experience would also be a plus.
*Testing best practices and code quality measurement skills are also needed.
