JOB TITLE: Internal Recruiter
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
CONTRACT: Initial 6 month contract - intention to go permanent
SALARY: Up to £30,000

The ROLE
The successful recruitment candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
*Recruiting production staff on a high-volume basis over several sites all over the UK.
*Advertising and attracting candidates.
*Headhunting.
*Search databases, talent pools, networking in order to source talent for roles.
*Arranging interviews.
*Stakeholder management.
*Preparing offer letters for onboarding team.
*Liaising with agencies as required.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Internal Recruiter possessing the following skills and attributes.
*Previous recruitment experience.
*Used to the full 360 recruitment process.
*Confident personable approach to work.
*Good PC skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Desire to build a career within a market leading organisation.
