JOB TITLE: Trade NPD Co-ordinator
LOCATION: Kettering/Desborough/Market Harborough/Corby area
SALARY: £24,000
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon to Fri

The ROLE
This is an interesting and diverse role that will challenge your B2B customer service/account management skills. The Trade New Product Development (NPD) Co-ordinator will deal with enquiries from both new and existing customers regarding supplying new packaging. You will be responsible for the full 360 service for the Client, duties will include;
*Taking initial enquiry
*Associated admin, for example booking onto SAP system
*Pricing/quoting smaller jobs
*Ordering art work
*Arranging appropriate tooling
*Place order
*Manage through to completion

It is essential that you liaise with the Client throughout the process.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong customer service/account manager with the following experience:
*Strong customer service experience in a B2B environment
*Excellent administration skill
*A commercial outlook
*IT Literate
