The COMPANY
Our client is one of the UK's leading logistics businesses, specialising in the transportation of both ambient and chilled goods for the food manufacture and supply markets. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of their service which they have achieved this by continually investing in infrastructure and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
They now require a Key Account Manager to manage existing business within the chilled vertical - so food from the food manufacturer/food producer to the clients distribution hub (food service or retail/supermarket). You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing Clients. Managing the whole process, including;
*Regular Client meetings
*Overview of day to day operations
*Developing annual contract plans
*Review service levels
*Annual rate review/negotiation
*Reporting
