Insurance Advisor
Location: Rutland
Salary: £18000- £20,000
Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
Must Have: Customer service experience.

The Role
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be required to do the following:
*To be an active member of the customer service team, handling inbound and outbound customer communications.
*This is not a sales job and there are no KPI's or targets.
*To deliver excellent customer service via email and phone.
*Carry out daily and weekly tasks as agreed with your Line Manager.
*To utilise the internal software and systems in accordance with induction and training.
*Ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Agent with the following skills and experience:
*Previous b2c or b2b customer service experience.
*Experience in the insurance sector is not essential.
*Must have the ability to retain knowledge.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Have the ability to multi-task/adapt to new processes
*Highly organised and motivated.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and windows
