New Homes Sales Negotiator
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: £29,000 pro rata - so actual salary £17,748
CONTRACT TYPE: One Year (strong possibility of extension)
HOURS: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 5pm
The COMPANY
Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing which is either rented, owned or in shared ownership. Our client manages over 20,000 properties and providing over 40,000 hours of social care each week.
The ROLE
This is a site-based post, working which ever three days a week are convenient for the successful candidate - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9 - 5 with the flexibility for the occasional Saturday. The successful Sales negotiator candidate will be required to:
*To help sell apartments and bungalows for shared ownership and rentals to the retirement community.
*Receive calls from and arrange visits and viewings for potential purchasers.
*Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
*Assist and support buyers with their move.
*Presentations to potential buyers off-site and to attend promotional events.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong salespeople with the following experience:
*New Homes or traditional property sales.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Car owner.
*Able to work alone and on own initiative
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel)
*Knowledge of issues affecting older people
