Bar and Hotel Manager

The COMPANY
Our client is a local pub situated in the heart of Rutland that offers accommodation serves up market food.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Responsible for taking orders & making recommendations
*Train and supervise staff and ability to work as part of a team
*Assume responsibility in the owners absence.
*Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability
*Check in guests to their rooms and take bookings
*Coordinating small & large events
*Experience of running high volume restaurant service and liaising with the kitchen team
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Ideally 1 year's experience in a high volume pub, bar or restaurant
*A hands-on approach so you can really lead by example
*Strong leadership, motivational and management skills
*You'll be a real people person and great at customer service
*A passion for great food and drink
