Internal Sales - Engineering Consumables
Location: Luton
Salary: c.£21K-£25K Basic + £30K OTE + Pension
The COMPANY
Our client, an $8Billion Global distributor of engineering spares/industrial consumables (wire, cable, fasteners, abrasive, adhesive, etc.) to Electrical Contractors / Engineers / Data Comms, is anything but your stereotypical industrial supply company. Due to their "can do attitude" they have gained a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important component, the staff.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require an additional member to join their successful industrial consumables sales team in their Luton Branch to:
*Telephone account manage an existing portfolio of accounts.
*Proactively pursue new clients.
* Take responsibility for increasing sales.
*Carry out any necessary sales admin.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an exceptional telesales applicant with the following qualities:
*B2B Sales background.
*Experience of developing existing business.
*Successful history in proactively winning new business and then assuming responsibility for managing it.
*Personality to thrive within an engineering/industrial environment.
*Experience of dealing with engineers, electrical contractors, OEM's, datacomms, fire & security would be advantageous.
*Must enjoy working in a lively close-knit team environment.
