Ground Maintenance
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £19,500 - £21,000 (Depending on experience)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: Mon- Thur 8.30am - 4.30pm, Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm
MUST HAVES: Experience in ground maintenance, preferably with an up to date DBS
The COMPANY
Our client is a large, established sixth form college in Leicester.
The ROLE
The successful ground maintenance candidate will be required to:
*Carry out specific ground work operations.
*Maintaining the grounds including gardening.
*Assist in controlling the vehicles on site.
*Assist with deliveries.
*Undertake cleaning duties.
*Help with setting up rooms.
*Health and safety.
*General handyman duties.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Current DBS would be preferable
Previous experience working within grounds maintenance would be preferable.
*Ability to work without direct supervision.
*To have general handyman skills.
*Good communication skills - friendly and professional.
