JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Worcester
SALARY: £45,000
HOURS: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm

The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established not for profit Housing Association providing safe, secure and appropriate homes for their clients. The homes are purchased outright or with shared ownership.

The ROLE
The successful Sales and Marketing Manager candidate will be required to:
*Manage the sales and marketing programmes for sites.
*The sites include shared ownership, retirement living, Extra Care and Right to Buy.
*Responsible for producing the Sales & Marketing Strategy and associated policies.
*Set the sales budget including setting of sales targets and prepare annual forecasts.
*Manage and lead the sales team.
*Produce detailed Sales & Marketing reports to support potential schemes.
*Liaise with external stakeholders who assist in the delivery and sale of affordable home ownership.
*You will report directly to the board.
*25 days each year plus 8 bank holidays and 1 additional concessionary day (normally the day after Boxing Day). Generous pension, life assurance, health plan and discounted gym membership.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Sales Manager with the following experience:
*Previous experience of managing a sales team within property.
*Marketing experience is also essential.
*Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
*Excellent verbal and communication skills, including the ability to write reports.
*The ability to apply people management policies and procedures.
*Highly computer literate.
