Internal Sales - Electrical
Salary: c.£25K & Quarterly Bonus
Our engineering OEM client has been at the forefront of manufacturing niche electrical products/technology for several decades, they are the acknowledged market leader's in the design and manufacture of products in their specialist field. They have gained an enviable reputation for both quality and after-sales service.
Due to their continued success they now require an additional Internal Account Manager with good technical knowledge to offer practical advice and upsell to the existing customer base, predominantly contractors, end users and wholesalers.
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Assume responsibility for first line technical support
*Assist end users with fault finding queries
*Liaise closely with wholesalers
*Advise contractors on fitting techniques
*Provide excellent customer service
*Generate technically and commercially correct quotations
*Assess customer requirements
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Excellent communication skills
*Electrical knowledge is essential
*Experience in a similar Client facing role
*Possess good organisational & IT skills
