JOB TITLE: Retail Stores Manager, Cycling
JOB SUMMARY: To manage and maintain two stores across the sales floor and workshop service. Working in one of the fastest growing towns in Oxfordshire. LOCATION: Northeast Oxfordshire
SALARY: £30,000 + Bonus (depending on experience), plus BONUS, Pension, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) plus up to 5 extra days to recognise loyal service
MUST HAVES: Previous Store Management experience and a keen interest in cycling or outdoor activities.

The ROLE
The successful Store Manager will be required to:
*Effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store to a high standard
*Deliver the highest customer service across its whole team
*Schedule, train and assign team members to achieve store targets
*Implementing security systems to protect stock
*Maintain professional and technical knowledge
*Understanding all aspects of the store and driving sales on the sales floor
*Coaching and motivating the team
*Delivering company targets

The CANDIDATE
*Previous experience of managing in a retail store OR you are working in retail and would like the next step up.
*An excellent customer service focus
*Desire to achieve individual and the Company's goals
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong market knowledge in the cycle industry
*Keen interest in cycling or outdoor activities
*Proven achiever
*Strong team player
*Ability to motivate and lead a team
*Proven management experience
*Knowledge of cycling brands, products and E-bike knowledge is a great advantage
