Service Coordinator for a Manufacturer
LOCATION: North Cambridgeshire/South Lincolnshire
SALARY: £25-30K Depending on experience
The COMPANY
Our client is the UK's acknowledged leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of industrial surface preparation and finishing machinery. Established for 40 years they are the trusted name throughout the metal preparation industry, their bespoke equipment is used in a range of sectors including marine, aerospace, alternative energy, automotive, civils and offshore. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and, importantly, aftersales service.
The ROLE
Due to an imminent retirement my Client now requires a Service Coordinator/Service Manager to join their team. Working as part of a close knit team taking pride in this vital and valued role within the organisation you will be responsible for;
*Organising a small team of service engineers
*Liaising with subcontract labour as required
*Prioritising PPM and repairs
*Building good relationships with key clients
*Take responsibility for all relevant paperwork
*Follow up on service contracts/proposals/requirements
*Send RAMS (Risk and Method Statements)
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a team player with a strong work ethic who takes pride in doing a job well. The right candidate will possess;
*Strong administration skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience of organising field engineers/service people
*A technical bent would be advantageous
