LOCATION: Nuneaton
SALARY: Up to £25,000 basic dep on exp. PLUS generous commission
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
The COMPANY
Our client is a very well established independent Estate Agent.
The ROLE
The successful Senior Negotiator will be required to do the following:
*Experience within Estate Agency.
*Excellent experience in negotiating.
*You must have a fire in your belly, be hungry for success and be an excellent communicator.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for Estate Agent applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Experience working as an Estate Agent.
*You will have experience of negotiating, listing, valuing and dealing with clients.
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
