Customer Service / Admin Assistant
Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Assistant with strong admin or commercial experience to work for a rapidly growing well know company in the heart of Rutland.

Location: Rutland
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on exp)
Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. The occasional Sunday 1:3 with a day off in the week.

The Role
The successful Customer Service Assistant be required to:
*Deal with incoming and out bound phone calls
*Respond to email's and online customer queries
*Maintain the highest customer service
*Dealing with multiply tasks at one time
*Being a first point of contact
*Be the best version of yourself

The Candidate
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Manager with the following experience:
*Strong understanding of Customer Service
*Good listening and problem-solving skills
*High standards and attention to detail
*Experience of using databases, lead management and CRM tools
*Calm under pressure
*Be the best version of yourself
