Admin/Customer Services- Electrical Tech Support
Location: Corby
Salary: £17,000-17,500 & Quarterly Profit Related Quarterly Bonus (+£4K last 12 months)

The COMPANY
Our engineering client has been at the forefront of renewable energy technology for nearly forty years, they are a market leader in the design and manufacture of wind and solar systems. They have gained an enviable reputation for both quality and after-sales service.
The ROLE
Due to continued success even in this difficult market they now require an additional Customer Service/Admin person ideally with an electrical appreciation to work in their team. This role is a mixture of Customer Services (mainly dealing with simple contractor and end user queries) and providing admin support to two technical support engineers. The successful candidate will be required to:
*Liaise closely with wholesalers and contractors
*Provide excellent customer service
*Process returns paperwork
*Generate technically and commercially correct quotations
*Assessment of customer requirements
*Assist with first line technical support
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Excellent communication skills
*Good Admin experience
*Experience in a similar Client facing role
*Able to work effectively without close supervision
*Possess good organisational & IT skills
