MUST HAVES: Experience of either running an Estate Agency, or be a Senior Negotiator that is looking for the next step
The COMPANY
Our client is an independent Estate Agent. They have two thriving branches. They are looking for the right person to join their management team, and run a Branch.
The ROLE
The successful Branch Manager will be required to:
*To be in charge of a team of two staff
*Exceeding set sales targets.
*You will be the Valuer in the office and will value all new properties.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Branch Manager with the following experience:
*Valuing background.
*Branch Manager background (although not essential if you are looking for the next step)
*Energetic, organised and an excellent communicator
*Capable of growing the business.
