1st Line/Helpdesk/IT Desktop Support
Location: South Lincolnshire, Rutland, North Cambridgeshire

Salary: £18,000/22,500 + Excellent Package
Our client is a well established Global manufacturer of combustion equipment to the petrochemical industry selling products, systems and site services worldwide. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.
Supporting employees based within the UK Office and overseas, working closely with the IT Team in the American HQ. With the support of the onsite IT Manager you will be required to resolve internal issues via phone, email, and remote support. Duties will include;
*Resolving End User Issues
*Setting up new computers
*Creating new users
*Helpdesk Ticketing using Dell KACE System
*Hardware Setup & Breakdown
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and likeable team player who takes pride in their work possessing;

*Ability to work independently and within a team to solve problems
*Windows 7 / 8 Desktop Operating systems
*Understanding of virtualization technologies
*Basic Networking concepts i.e. TCP/IP, DNS, routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless technologies.
Importantly you will have an ambition to further your career and learn the following;
*Gain Professional level certification i.e. Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA,
*Virtualization technologies i.e. Hyper-V
*Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS Cloud services
*Server operating systems i.e. Server 2012R2
