Mechanical Building Services Engineer
JOB SUMMARY: To work with the wider Design Team and guide the design process for a wide range of M&E projects in a multi-discipline consultancy.
LOCATION: South Manchester
SALARY: £35-38K + 5% pension contribution + 25 days holiday + other benefits including free fruit!

My client are one of the UK's leading Multi-disciplinary civil engineering consultancy; specialising in major infrastructure projects and landmark buildings. The ROLE
The successful Mechanical Building Services Engineer candidate will be required to:
*Offer expertise in building M&E design
*Work collaboratively with the wider Design Team
*Guide the design development
*Liaise with clients and other stakeholders with key decisions
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Mechanical Building Services Engineer applicants with the following experience:
*Experienced in M&E, Building Services or Architectural Design role
*Strong knowledge of building services, M&E, acoustics, facades, lighting, low-to-zero carbon technologies, etc.
*Experience of design in multiple sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail and residential.
