JOB TITLE: Technical Parts Specialist

They offer a myriad of solutions but their core products include Manual Pallet Trucks, Electric Pallet Trucks/Stackers/Pickers, Aluminium Sack Trucks, etc. They pride themselves in being a one-stop-shop for their customers and in their passion & commitment to always working to the highest standards.

The ROLE
The Technical Parts Specialist is a key role within the business being responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers for all technical and parts queries. Ensuring customer care levels are of the highest standards and the department runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for customer technical queries
* Scheduling the engineers
* Ensuring engineer van stock levels are correct
* Quoting parts
* Monitoring stock levels

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Technical Parts Specialist possessing the following skills and attributes.
* Previous experience of working in a parts department would be advantageous
* Ability to work in a technical environment
* Ability to read parts manuals
* Working to high levels of customer service
* Experience of working with people

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus
