Programme Manager - Engineering
THE COMPANY
Our client are the leading trade association support organisation, dedicated to providing a range of business services to world leading manufacturing companies. They have a purpose built, state of the art Technology Hub where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial led training. They are seeking a dedicated Programme Manager - Engineering to join their team.
THE ROLE
The Programme Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of the centre-based Apprentice and Skills curriculum
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Collaborate other senior Managers to maintain a best-in-class learning provision
* Manage a team of tutors
* To structure and effectively timetable a range of courses
* Ensure that learning is well planned
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Post 16 Programme Manager - Engineering with the following experience:
* Strong technical knowledge
* Experience in managing education provision
* Managerial experience
* Background in teaching/lecturing
SALARY: c.£45,000 Depending on Experience plus excellent benefits
