Web Developer
LOCATION: Coventry
SALARY: £45,000
The COMPANY
Our client is a nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of organisations all over the UK.
The ROLE
The successful web Developer will be required to do the following:
* To develop and be responsible for delivery and coding the front-end of the company websites.
* To design, develop and maintain complex and bespoke web and mobile based applications.
* To build templates from UX designs.
* Implementation of security and data protection
* Completes all user interface development as indicated in design, ensuring site matches.
* CMS development, deployment, and maintenance (WordPress, Umbraco & Unbounce)
CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Web Developer with the following experience and attributes:
* An experienced and highly skilled developer.
* You will have experience of HTML5, CSS, GIT Version Control, RESTful Service Calls, JavaScript/jQuery, WordPress, ReactJS, responsive development and experience of using REACT is a prerequisite.
* You will also have experience working with .NET based content management systems such as Umbraco and PHP based such as WordPress
* Testing JavaScript with Karma, Jasmine or other similar tools
* Proven skills in successfully delivering projects on time in an agile manner
* Knowledge of components of web commerce, relational databases, creative design process and object-oriented programming
* Demonstrated ability to confidently manage challenging front-end client issues
* Enthusiastic, flexible attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
