SEO Manager
LOCATION: Nuneaton
SALARY: up to £40,000
The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for 75+ years.
The ROLE
The successful Team Leader will be required to do the following:
* Identify SEO issues and implement solutions.
* Analyse conversation rate, click rate, and bounce rate, leads and deals.
* Develop an SEO roadmap - technical SEO, On page, and off page (backlinking & PR).
* Oversee content relevance.
* Managing offsite and onsite optimisation projects and reporting on performance.
* Optimise website content, and landing pages.
* Design keyword discovery and link-building strategy.
* Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g. link-building)
* Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
* Work with social media and PPC teams to optimise campaigns.
* This is an office-based role.

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong SEO Marketing Manager with the following experience and attributes:
* Highly proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, screaming frog, ahrefs Webmaster tools, Google Analytics.
* Knowledgeable about HTML and CSS.
* Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
* Experience of working in SEO without agency support.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Degree in Marketing or related field.
