JOB TITLE: Recruitment Advisor
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £25,000

The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for 75+ years.

The ROLE
The successful HR Consultant will be required to do the following:

* Contact clients when they first come on board.
* Review all documentation.
* Contact clients every subsequent year to go through updates and new offerings.
* A fast-paced, friendly environment.
* A salary rise every 6 months as long as KPIs are hit.
* Good promotional prospects. Also - you get your birthday off!

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong HR/Recruitment consultants with the following experience and attributes:
* Previous customer service experience, or a recent graduate.
* Experience of working within employment law or human resources.
* Ideally you will have a CIPD qualification, although this is not essential.
* A confident manner on the phone and on video calls.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* To be a very good listener.
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
