The COMPANY
Our client is a very well-established nationwide provider of business-critical services to thousands of SME organisations all over the UK for 75+ years.

The ROLE
The successful Customer Service Specialist will be required to do the following:

* To contact existing clients to book their annual appointments with consultants.
* Update clients' details, profiles and information.
* To ensure that all client issues are dealt with including additional sites, change in employee information.
* To manage any administrative duties as required.
* To receive client and consultant telephone calls.
* To ensure that all client service issues are dealt with professionally, courteously and in a timely manner.
* A salary rise every 6 months as long as KPIs are hit.

CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Client Experience candidate with the following experience and attributes:

* Previous customer service experience, or a recent graduate.
* A team player
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* To be a very good listener.
* Strong administrative skills. MS Office knowledge and experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
