International Customer Support and Sales Leger
The COMPANY
Our engineering client has been at the forefront of renewable energy technology for nearly fifty years, they are a market leader in the design and manufacture of wind and solar systems. They have gained an enviable reputation for both quality and after-sales service.
The ROLE
Due to an imminent retirement (after well over 20 years working for the company) they now require an exceptional Sales Leger and Customer Support person to replace someone who has been integral to my Client's ongoing success over nearly 25 years. This longevity is reflected in the diverse nature of the role, responsibilities for which include;
* Dealing with a large number of emails from customers, shippers etc.
* Customer liaison, including dispatch and manufacturing timescales
* Preparing weekly reports for cash flow purposes
* Sales ledger duties including month end, bank reconciliation - also raising sales orders, invoices, credit notes and refunds
* Creating customer accounts, including overseas VAT rates and Eori numbers etc.
* International and domestic shipping - including declarations, commodity codes and customs
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
* Strong administration background
* Good customer service skills
* Knowledge of international shipping
* Sales Leger experience
Allied to the desire to forge a career within this well established company operating in a vital and growing market sector.
Salary: c.£Dependent on experience & Quarterly Bonus & Private Health Care
