Project Manager / Employer's Agent / Quantity Surveyor
JOB SUMMARY: To program and plan construction projects from inception to completion; to manage project risks and to proactively lead Project Teams
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £45,000pa + package (dependant on experience)
MUST HAVES: Degree qualified in relevant discipline; minimum of three years' experience in similar role; RICS, RIBA or APM qualified.

A leading, global construction consultancy who works in the public and private sector; working with clients to overcome challenges and deliver new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Lead Project Teams
*Programme and plan projects
*Manage risk and deliver schemes from inception to completion
*Maintain communication with clients, contractors and developers
*Manager internal and external stakeholders
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management or Architectural
*RICS, APM or RIBA qualified
*Valid UK driving licence
*Experience and understanding of RIBA Plan of Works schedule
