QHSE Contractor - Antwerp
LOCATION: Antwerp
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established Global manufacturer of combustion equipment for the oil & gas/PetroChem industry
The ROLE
Qualified QHSE advisor with experience of the large scale construction projects involving multi-discipline activities (civils, mechanical, electrical) to represent contractor on a medium sized CDM project - burners, piping and flue gas recovery systems.
Reporting to the site manager tasks will include : Review and approval of mechanical sub-contractor RAMS and work packs, ensuring mechanical sub-contractors adhere to RAMS, permit co-ordination activities with Principal contractor, carrying out on-site QHSE surveillances, hazard identifications, advising personnel of HSE best practice, carrying out TBT, incident investigations, report writing, training, ensuring implementation of 'zero-harm' philosophy, life-saving rules and HSE regulations applicable to the works.
Qualifications - NEBOSH general certificate (or higher)
5 year's experience in similar roles.
SALARY: Day rate - depending on experience. Note - you will be responsible for all your own expenses
