Project Accountant
The COMPANY
Our client is a well established Global manufacturer of combustion equipment to the petrochemical industry selling products, systems and site services worldwide. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion of their European Headquarters an opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Accountant to join their team. The Project Accountant will be responsible for handling most day-to-day accounting related responsibilities and activities associated with the projects. The minutia of the role will include;
* Processing sales invoices
* Working closely with project managers
* Project milestone billing
* Intercompany invoicing
* Maintaining the project accounting files
* Monthly job cost report analysis
* Ensuring project's are fully closed-out (billing, cross charging, reconciliations, etc. completed)
The CANDIDATE
The successful Project Accountant candidate will be a consummate professional with experience preferably within a similar environment allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation.
* Good relevant qualification/academic background
* Experience within a manufacturing background - ideally project orientated
* Excellent Excel
* Strong risk management skills
Salary: Depending on Experience
