Assistant Quantity Surveyor
JOB SUMMARY: To assist with management of project costs from design until handover
LOCATION: Northants (with UK wide site travel)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
MUST HAVES: Degree qualified, experience in similar role, commercial and negotiation experience
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Review and assist production of tender documents
*Costs planning
*Contract negotiation
*Identify potential risks to company interests
*Control revenue against budget
*Monitor production and installations
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Degree qualified
*Minimum of two years post graduate experience
*Up to date knowledge of building regulation and legislation
*Commerical awareness
*Strong CAD skills
*Excellent communication skills
