MEP Manager / Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Manager (T2P)
JOB SUMMARY: To oversee the delivery of the MEP package within a high end residential build.
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: Dependant on Experience
MUST HAVES: A background in MEP Management and project delivery, ideally within residential builds.
The COMPANY
My client creates fantastic homes in amazing places, across London and the South of England; specialising in high-end residential builds.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Develop and map out a clear strategy for all MEP requirements as detailed in design plans
*Manage all service installations and timescales
*Liaise with and manage both internal teams and sub-contractors
*Develop relevant O&M manual sections
*Advise of any health and safety concerns and resolve these were possible
*Chair project progress meetings as required
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Good experience of working in a similar MEP Management role
*Strong knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing fit-outs
*Strong understanding of building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes
*Qualification in Construction Management/Project Management (desired)
*Experience in dealing with MEP subcontractors
*Experience within high spec residential builds
*Strong management history
