JOB TITLE: Site Manager
JOB SUMMARY: To be responsible for managing the day to day running of a high end residential build project in Central London.

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: Dependant on Experience

My client creates fantastic homes in amazing places, across London and the South of England; specialising in high-end residential builds.

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Overseeing one part of the overall project build
*Deliver a high quality build to pre-agreed timescales and deadlines
*Take responsibility for day to day Health and Safety queries & concerns and liaise with Project H&S Manager as required
*Prepare reports and updates for wider Project Team
*Advise of any health and safety concerns and resolve these were possible
*Liaise with and manage both internal teams and sub-contractors

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Previously held Site Manager role within high end residential builds
*An exceptional track record of delivering sites on time and to a high standard
*Construction Management degree or equivalent (desirable)
