Quality Control/Laboratory Tech
Our client is a well established Global manufacturer of Adhesives. In addition to their strength in the traditional industrial market they have carved a strong niche for themselves in more commercial products, utilising their technical expertise and flexibility to innovate they are for example Europe's leading supplier of cosmetic nail glue. Due to their "can do attitude" they have gained a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important component, the staff.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a talented Quality Control Technician to join their team. Based from their Northamptonshire Offices you will be responsible for;
* Quality monitoring. Checking the first materials off the production line, to ensure all products reach the necessary specification before being packed and dispatched
* You will also be responsible for testing of manufactured products in a new purpose built laboratory
* First-off visual inspections of manufactured products
* Responsibility for acceptance or rejection of materials
* Perform laboratory testing
The CANDIDATE
The successful Quality Control Technician candidate will posses;
* A background in Quality Control
* Quality Control experience in factory production
* Laboratory testing experience using typical measuring equipment
* Good attention to detail
Allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation.
