Technical Engineer
The COMPANY

The ROLE
Due to a bulging order book they now require an additional Technical Engineer to join their successful team. Primarily tasked with supporting the CAD Technicians and Engineers in all aspects of the role from design to install. The minutia of the job will include;
* Technical description of products and their components
* Overseeing of preparation of technical drawings and specifications for workshop and customers
* Supervising production of technical drawings
* Liaise with customers and suppliers.
* Occasional site visits to survey area of installation
* Preparation of programmes of works
* Overview of projects
* Supervision of CAD Technician
* Help Sales Team with quotations.
* Maintaining Document Audit Trail




The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Technical Engineer who is a team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. The right candidate will possess the following background and skills set;
* Strong technical knowledge
* CAD experience
* Ideally have the ability to design new boilers, pressure vessels and their systems although training courses will be provided for the right candidate.
* Knowledge of British Standards, ASME and Harmonised European Standards would be advantageous
* Good communication skills across all channels (face to face, telephone, email.)
* Flexibility and enthusiasm to take charge of projects.

PACKAGE:
Salary £35-40K depending on experience
