Training Officer - Care Sector
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to contribute to keeping a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Learning and Development Advisors, covering the Gloucestershire region, are responsible for:
* Delivering training both face to face and online.
* Supporting managers and employees with planning and implementing workforce development.
* Co-ordinate learning and development activities
* Delivering training to employees in care homes.
* Recording and updating training, learning and development.
* Undertake assessment activities with employees.
* Undertake relevant CPD
* Liaise with and support Area Operations Managers as required.
This role is hybrid and they are happy for you to work from home 2 or 3 days a week
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor with the following skills and experience:
* Experience delivering training
* Excellent communication skills
* Background in training and development
* Health and Social Care/Adult Social Care
SALARY: £23,690 - £25,705
