School Admin - Term Time
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is a well established Secondary School with c.1500 pupils with a great reputation and rated "outstanding" by OFSTED. They have achieved this by continually investing in infrastructure and technology within their site and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
The successful School Administrator will be responsible for general school admin duties - these will include;
* Administrative support to staff
* Responsibility for the Website and Social Media posts
* Input data onto school management system
* Assist in production of internal & external reports
You will be required to work 37 hours per week 39 weeks a year - which is 38 weeks of school terms plus one week within school holidays.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for School Administrator possessing the following skills and attributes;
* Good Microsoft knowledge
* Team ethic
* Admin experience
* Excellent communication skills
CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: c.£21/22K Pro rata (actual salary £16172 - £16496) c. £11.40ph. Plus Local Govt Pension Scheme - employer contribution 19.6%
