JOB TITLE: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education

SALARY: £25,000 £30,000

Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to look after and grow an existing area of education business.

The ROLE
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
* Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education desk in a defined area.
* Maintaining the school and teacher base within this area.
* Proactively call new schools to generate new business.
* Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations.
* Recruit and interview teachers and develop relationships.
* Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings.
* Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies.
* Negotiate on fees.
* Undertake effective client visits.

The CANDIDATE
We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:
* You will have proven recruitment experience within education or another industry.
* A superb relationship builder.
* Strong success of achieving targets.
* Hands on approach and a forward thinker.
* Used to high call volumes.
* Ability to multitask.
* Professional, driven and determined.
* Driving licence essential.
