The ROLE
Our client is looking for an Administrator / Receptionist/ Office + Facilities Assistant to join their team. The duties will include:
*Meet and greet any visitors at this busy Hea Office.
*Help to look after contractors and liaise with them and internal departments.
*Answering incoming calls
*Message taking
*Mail duties
*General business support
The CANDIDATE
We are looking for an administrator with:
*Data entry skills
*Reception experience
*Good telephone manner
*Administration skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Accuracy/attention to detail
