Project Manager - Construction of Cleanrooms
JOB SUMMARY: To provide Project Manager services as the face of our Client working initially (minimum of two years) with an expanding electronics manufacturer based in Northamptonshire.
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
The COMPANY
My client is part of a global multi-disciplined practice, employing Project Managers, Chartered Civil & Structural Engineers, etc. Operating across the UK, they offer a wide range of services to Client's within Education, Finance, Healthcare, Leisure, Housing Developments, General Industry, Government, Public Sector, Transport, etc.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Provide Project Management initially for an electronics manufacturer
*Develop the brief - including expansion of laboratories and clean rooms
*Manage stakeholder relationships
*Supervise external contractors during the build
*Work from site 2 or 3 days a week
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Background in Project Management within the construction industry
*Technically proficient
*Experience with clean rooms/laboratories
*Good knowledge of building standards, analysis and codes of practice
*Enthusiastic and self-motivated
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
SALARY: dependant on experience
