The ROLE
The successful Administrator candidate will be required to:
*THIS ROLE IS A 3 MONTH CONTRACT - 30 hours a week, hybrid with only 2 days in office
*You will be working in the HR department.
*Draft letters, organise files, produce and update reports in Excel.
*Transfer information to payroll.
*Arrange interviews and update recruitment tracker.
*Request references and respond to reference requests.
*Create and complete new starter packs.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an Administrator with the following experience:
*Experience of working in an HR environment is ideal, although not essential.
*Strong all-round administration skills.
*Good attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills.
